The new model comes with a product-specific EPD (Environmental Product Declaration), which provides an accurate picture of the product’s environmental impact.
Unlike generic calculations, the EPD is based on specific data from the actual construction. This means that the documentation reflects the product’s actual characteristics and provides a more accurate basis for assessing its environmental impact.
For consultants, building owners, and contractors, this provides greater certainty in their calculations and a stronger foundation for DGNB certifications, LCA calculations, and the preparation of bid documents.
