Are you an end user?

As a general rule and in case of installation errors, you should contact the craftsman or dealer you purchased your element from.

Please note that faults caused by incorrect operation or lack of maintenance are not covered by the warranty.

Before filling out the form, you should make sure that your complaint is justified. As a member of the Danish Window Industry, we adhere to the Technical Regulations and Guarantee Scheme of the Danish Window Industry.

The complaint must be made as soon as the fault is detected and the products may not be installed without prior agreement.

You need the order and position number, which you can easily find on the DVV sticker that is attached to all our windows and doors.
