What personal data does UnikFunkis A/S receive
UnikFunkis A/S registers data about you as a necessary part of a contractual relationship with you, including when selling to us or purchasing goods and services from us.

We request general contact information from customers and business partners and receive information about purchase/sales statistics for purchases and sales.

If you do not want UnikFunkis A/S to process your personal data, it may prevent the purchase of goods or services from us.

What is the personal data used for?
UnikFunkis A/S uses your data to fulfill our agreement with you.

If you have signed up for our newsletter, our newsletter will be sent to you by email.

UnikFunkis A/S only processes information about you in order to fulfill our obligations to you as a contracting party.

Who does UnikFunkis A/S disclose personal data to?
The personal data you provide to UnikFunkis A/S as part of a contract will only be used to fulfill the agreement with you and will not disclose your data unless it is part of the agreement with you.

Our data is stored and protected in a network solution, it is based in the EU and there is a Data Processing Agreement in place.

In addition, your personal data is not disclosed and your personal data is not sold to third parties.

How is your data protected?
UnikFunkis A/S is committed to ensuring the protection of your data. UnikFunkis A/S takes security measures to prevent data from being accidentally or illegally destroyed, forfeited or impaired and against unauthorized access, misuse or otherwise treated in violation of the law.

This also means that your data will be corrected if we discover errors in your data and that your data will be deleted when we no longer have a duty to store it and otherwise when it is no longer relevant.

Your rights
You always have the opportunity to find out what information we have registered about you and get a copy of your data as well as data portability, if applicable. In addition, under the Personal Data Act, you can demand that incorrect information is corrected, object to processing or have your information restricted or deleted if we are not obliged to process it.
