Renovation of family and senior housing.
These family and elderly homes in Søborg have undergone a major renovation where 482 elements have been replaced with UnikFunki windows and doors.
The elements are produced in wood/aluminum EnergiPlus with 3-layer glass. UnikFunki’s EnergiPlus is a very energy efficient series, resulting in lower heating costs.
The residential area is located near major roads with heavy traffic, so a lot of focus has been placed on meeting the sound requirements of the elements so that residents can enjoy a more peaceful and comfortable indoor environment.
PNP-BYG, in collaboration with Friis Andersen Architects, has been responsible for the renovation for Gladsaxe Boligselskab v/DAB.
